With moderate supervision, this position provides administrative support to the Real Estate & Risk Management Department and is responsible for daily coordination of activities ranging from lease renewals, office moves, contract negotiations, emergency preparedness, and risk management, while observing the confidentiality of Firm matters.
The Technical Trainer position requires outstanding communication skills and extensive team and end-user interaction. Maintaining positive relationships with the Firm’s end user community and providing innovative technology training for attorneys and support staff while observing confidentiality of personnel and Firm matters at all times are key to this position.
Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, performs oversight of petty cash, including, but not limited to travel and other expense reimbursements, foreign currency, personal services and various other cash requests.
Under general Director of Client Relations supervision assists the team; primary responsibilities include supporting the firm with events, utilizing the latest web technologies for firm communications, maintaining the Firm’s internet presence and assisting in preparation of directory submissions and other nominations.
Operates various types of duplicating and finishing equipment in the department, Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, MS Office, Outlook, scanning equipment and its software. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
As a Senior Finance Paralegal, you will be a critical member of the deal team for the Firm’s sophisticated financing matters. You will be in continuous communication with the partners and associates on the team, and will have direct contact with clients and opposing counsel. The position requires strong organizational skills, strong oral and business e-mail communication skills, and computer proficiency. Observes confidentiality of Firm matters.
