The HRIS Specialist is responsible for the ongoing administration and functional support of the Human Resources Information Management Systems platform and maintains employee data. Proposes HRIS features and solutions to esnure the software products fulfill these needs. Prepares and provides information on employee demographics and trends. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of Human Resources. Performs a variety of tasks and works under general supervision.
